When Erin is not singing, you can find her dabbling in herbalism, or taking a well earned nap with her cat, Luna.

Recital & Concert Stage

While Erin enjoys the opera stage, she also thrives on the concert stage and in recitals. She was a finalist in the Recital Prize at the David Clover Festival of Voice in 2019, and has been invited to perform with their sponsors, Dore Male Voice Choir. Other professional gala engagements include the British Embassy in Romania for Her Majesty the Queen’s 90th Birthday Celebrations, the Virginia McKenna Born Free Foundation at Goodwood House, and the Savoy Hotel in London. Erin is a founding member of the Champagne Quartet, with whom she has performed with for the WNO Orchestra at St David’s Hall, and alongside Voces8.

Oratorio

In Oratorio, Erin made her debut deputising for Catherine Bott, performing Pergolesi’s Stabat Mater. She has performed the soprano solos in Mozart’s Requiem and virtuosic Mass in C Minor, Haydn’s Nelson Mass, Handel’s Messiah and Samson, Mendelssohn’s Hymn of Praise, and debuted Ian Lawson’s One World Cantata at Llandaff Cathedral. Erin’s Oratorio highlights include performing Jenkins’ Armed Man soprano solos at Chichester Cathedral with a full orchestra, Palestrina at the Museo San Columbano in Bologna in their Baroque Suite with period instruments, and Byrd at the Vatican in Rome.

On a High Note

As the first ever recipient of the Cooper Hall Emerging Artists Bursary Award, Erin performed the roles of Zerlina (Don Giovanni) with assistant director at Royal Opera House, Greg Eldridge, and Mimi (La Boheme) for the editor of Opera Now, Ashutosh Khandekar. Cooper Hall commissioned Erin to write and perform a new one-woman piece of operatic theatre, called “On a High Note”. It continues to tour around the UK, and Cooper Hall were thrilled to learn of On a High Note’s 4* and 5* reviews and success at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival in August 2019.
